Stanley Crump
Stanley Crump has more than 30 years of in-depth management experience encompassing marketing, sales, and technology evaluations. As president of a management consulting and entrepreneurial alliance for nearly two decades, he provides lectures and facilitation for strategy planning modules (education, development, implementation and evaluation), marketing, sales and operating plans, and corporate governance. He also facilitates diversity training for companies in such industries as aerospace, marine and energy systems, re-insurance.
A graduate of Michigan State University, he has served as Adjunct Professor at Westchester Community College and the Educational Opportunity Center of Yonkers, teaching mathematics, leadership, management development and computer science. At IBM, he led a team of engineers, marketers, economists and scientists in the evaluation of technology and architecture strategies and worked diligently to promote 80% of his team members to positions of greater responsibility.

Lisa Slade
Lisa Slade's broad experience in higher education includes service as Adjunct Professor for the University of Bridgeport, Housatonic Community College and Connecticut Community College Minority Fellowship. In addition to teaching human services skills and methods, she provides therapeutic counseling interventions to individuals and families utilizing psychotherapy methods, and instructs displaced workers and welfare-to-work clientele in job readiness training courses.
In addition to classroom instruction, Ms. Slade has served as Symposium Facilitator for the Columbia University Teacher’s College Winter Roundtable, faculty advisor for Housatonic Community College Black Student Union and is a monitor of psychotrophic drug efficacy. She designed and implemented a plan of care for Honey Hill Care Center, where she provided social services to residents receiving medical care or rehabilitation.
Ms Slade holds and A.S. in Human Services from Housatonic Community and Technical College, a B.A. in Human Services from Springfield College and an M.S. in Community Counseling from the University of Bridgeport. She also holds a Practicum Certificate in REBT and CBT from the Albert Ellis Institute and is a member of the National Career Development Association and the Connecticut Talent Assistance Cooperative.

Eduardo Meza
Eduardo Meza graduated from Colombian National University with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and holds certifications as an asbestos consultant/inspector and project manager, lead inspector, risk assessor, microbial consultant, water damage remediator and indoor environmental consultant. An authorized OSHA trainer, he is also certified by the Building Performance Institute and is a member of the American Indoor Air Quality Association.
As CEO of a comprehensive environmental consulting and training company, he serves as senior environmental consultant for hazardous material handling and abatement, and is responsible for training curriculum compliance with existing and applicable regulations, develops training strategies, and directs and manages environmental projects.

Raymond Simmons
Raymond Simmons has an extensive background in carpentry, construction and architectural woodworking, both as a teacher and master craftsman. A graduate of Ansonia High School, he holds a post graduate certificate in carpentry from Bullard Havens Technical School and a teaching certificate in secondary education from Central State University.
A member of the American Federation of Teachers and State Vocational Federation of Teachers and past member of the Carpenter's Union Local 210, Mr. Simmons has amassed 23 years of services as head of the carpentry department at Bullard Havens, where he serves as a mentor teacher and lead man architectural woodworker.

Jean William
The founder of 5Milliongreenjobs.org, Jean William has amassed a broad base of experience in networking and IT for corporations including GE Commercial Finance, US Surgical, Meridian and the Synapse division of Time Warner. In addition to a B.S. in Business from the University of Connecticut, his many professional qualifications include Certified BPI Building Analyst and certifications by Microsoft (MCSE, MCP+Internet), Cisco (CIE, CCNA 2 and CCNP 2), Novell (Certified Network Engineer) and Google. His experience includes design of corporate security initiatives, disaster recovery plans, IP address conversion, as well as network and email migration projects. |
